Of the company’s approximately four dozen managers, the average tenure is about 20 years. We firmly adhere to our philosophy that the customer is our #1 focus, and our most precious asset is our people. Therefore, we have a rigorous screening process and once hired, new employees are assigned sponsors to oversee their development and questions. There’s also a college recruitment program to find high- potential candidates. Managers give kudos to top employees with the company’s “ACE Program,” and offer membership in any one of our four prestigious guilds.
